ABOUT THE FUSION DYE
The fabric is hand-dyed by the artist with a sponge

The dyeing takes place outside in the sun
The sunlight activates the pigment in the dye 

Achieving the desired shade is an interaction between man and nature
Too much sun will make the color fade, too little sun will make it too bright

After several washes the base color of the fabric is dyed

The fabric gets an over-dye by washing it in a lighter color
Every step of the process is made by hand.
