Returns
We want every customer to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, then please email us so we may assist you.
Email: customercare@shopidpearl.com. Please make sure to include your order number within your email subject line.
All return requests must be initiated within fourteen (14) days from the date the item was shipped to be eligible for a refund or store credit. Exchange requests will be processed up to thirty (30) days from the date of purchase.
Full price items are eligible for a refund back to your original payment method, or may be exchanged for a new item, or you may receive a store credit which does not expire. If no preference is provided when the return request is made, then a refund will automatically be processed back to your original payment method.
Sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit only within fourteen (14) days from the date the item was shipped. A sale item is any item that has been marked down and shows both an original price which is crossed out and also shows the new lower sale price next to it. A store credit will automatically be issued and sent to you via email in the form of a gift card once the return process is complete. A store credit does not expire and can be used any time in the future.
If the item description states FINAL SALE, no refund or exchange or store credit is available and the item is not eligible to return.
We will provide a free return shipping label for all eligible return and exchange requests within in the USA.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging with tags attached, and in the same new condition that you received it.
Gift cards are not refundable or exchangeable.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-10 business days after the date the item is received back into our warehouse. You will receive an email notification once this process is completed and the refund has been issued.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund after being notified of your return's approval, first check your bank account again.
Then, contact your credit card company and/or bank. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. If you need an item to be replaced, send us an email at customercare@shopidpearl.com and send your damaged item to: idPearl Inc. , 69 Tinker Street, Woodstock, NY 12498, USA.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver who will be notified of your return.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: idPearl Inc. , 69 Tinker Street, Woodstock, NY 12498, United States. Do not return your item until you have received confirmation via email.
Once your return request has been approved, a free return shipping label will be emailed to you if you live in the USA. If you received an exchange, the cost of shipping the new item to you will be shipped free of charge. If you live outside of the USA, the cost of shipping for the returned item is your responsibility. We do not provide free return labels for any international returns.
A refund in the form of a credit will be processed back to the original form of payment for non sale items, once the return has been received and inspected to ensure it is in its original new condition. A store credit will automatically be issued in the form of a gift card for any marked down sale items and sent via email. Store credits do not expire and may be used at any time in the future.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary, usually within 3-5 business days.
If you are shipping an item from an international location valued over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure it is received back in a timely manner.
