News — International Womens Day

It's officially Women's History Month! Since the 1980s, Americans have been celebrating women's contributions to history, culture, and society during the month of March. Even though women should and are celebrated every day, it's a time to reflect on women's achievements that aren't as publicly known. On Tuesday, March 8th, International Women's Day (IWD) will take place and highlight how we can create a gender-equal world. This year's IWD theme is "breaking the bias." Whether we realize it or not, biases have played a role in who we hire for certain roles and how we view women in the workplace....
